Jana Pittman's remarkable story is one of perseverance, highlighted by her two World Championships and four Commonwealth Championships in athletics.
She transitioned to the Australian Women’s bobsleigh team after sustaining injuries, ultimately representing Australia in both Summer and Winter Olympic Games.
Jana completed a Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery, Masters of Reproduction Medicine, and is pursuing a PhD in Obstetrics while raising four children.
She also serves as an ambassador for the Australian Cervical Cancer Foundation and helps establish Uterus transplant teams.
Jana's autobiography ‘Just Another Hurdle’ was published in 2017, and she has participated in the television show SAS Australia and soon to be seen on screens once again.
