Bill Sheridan is VP of product management overseeing the Digital Service and Operations Management portfolio for BMC Software. Bill joined BMC with over 25 years of customer-focused industry leadership in ESM and ITSM. Most recently, Bill was at Cherwell (acquired by Ivanti) and served in both product strategy and global services executive roles where he increased services profitability while improving customer sentiment and satisfaction. In addition, he helped the company shift revenue to a subscription model. Prior to Cherwell, Bill ran a professional services firm that focused on ITSM and ESM success for transformation in his clients’ organizations. And earlier in his career, his background in engineering combined with a focus on customer satisfaction contributed to his success in technical and regional sales roles.
