Stela leads th DSOM solutions Marketing team at BMC. With expertise spanning enterprise software, including observability, AI/ML analytics, big data, cloud, DevOps, security, and networking, she combines marketing expertise with technology depth.
Prior to BMC, Stela was a VP of Marketing at several startups, including Era Software, acquired by ServiceNow, where she established and led the marketing function. Before that, she led product marketing teams at VMware and Splunk in the observability, DevOps, networking, and storage domains, executing more than 20 launches. Stela has been a speaker at many major conferences, including Splunk's .conf, Cisco Live, RSA, DevOps Days, VMworld, NetApp Insight, and many more. Stela holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering.
