As the head of the BMC Helix ITOM product management team. Kiran has deep industry domain experience in monitoring and management, across infrastructure, application performance monitoring, network, and cloud. In his last role at ZS Associates, he led the product group and was instrumental in the launch of the industry-leading platform that was adopted by over 100 customers within two years. Before ZS, while at CA Technologies, Kiran launched an early generation of AIOps. Throughout his career, he has worked across product management, support, and development and he holds 16 US patents.
