Melanie Vogel is the Global Vice President of Value and Solution Engineering at BMC. She leads a team of expert engineers responsible for showcasing BMC solutions while highlighting the value they deliver to customers. She joined BMC nearly four years ago with a mission to drive growth and innovation, focusing on talent and culture.

Melanie began her career in channel sales at GE Access, later holding leadership roles across sales, services, customer success, operations, and business development at Sun Microsystems, Oracle, EMC, and Dell Technologies. Her diverse experience has given her the opportunity to drive customer growth and loyalty during two of the largest IT mergers on record.

Residing just north of Boston with her family, Melanie devotes personal time to the Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC) Alliance, raising awareness of this rare disease and fundraising for research. Together with TSC Alliance, they strive toward a cure under the motto, "We will give everything, but up."
