Phil Raeihle is the Head of the Global IT Command Center Operations team at First Citizens Bank (FCB). Phil has been with First Citizens Bank since 2014, just recently celebrating his 10-year anniversary. Phil started at FCB as Manager of the Production Control team overseeing the conversion from ASG Zeke to Control-M workload automation. Over the course of approximately five years, he oversaw the build out and enterprise adoption as the Workload Automation tool for the organization. In 2020, Phil assumed responsibility for the Command Center, which comprised of only 15 associates. Over the past four and a half years Phil has overseen the growth of the Command Center through First Citizens’ purchases of CIT Bank and most recently, Silicon Valley Bank. The Command Center now has a global presence and over 140 full-time associates and contractors. Phil continues to promote the use of Control-M as an enterprise solution through partnerships with Matt Rudowsky, who has assumed management responsibility for Production Control. 

In his free time, Phil enjoys spending time with his wife of 25 years, golfing, working out and overseeing his ever-growing tequila collection.
