Hayden Whitten is the Product Area Lead for Mainframe, NonStop and Batch Infrastructure at ANZ Bank, a multinational provider of banking and financial products to over 8.5 million customers across 30 markets. In this role, Hayden oversees all Mainframe, NonStop and Batch related Infrastructure and Support squads, ensuring system stability and delivery of valuable solutions to customers.
A passionate and outcome-driven people leader with a technical background in Mainframe Automation, Hayden is committed to maintaining confidence in Mainframe, NonStop and Batch functionality through consistent life-cycle management. Hayden leverages his role and experience to open avenues and create opportunities for the next generation of developers and tools.
In addition to his professional achievements, Hayden is also the founding board member of his local Field Hockey Club, established in January 2017; a family friendly, community-based sporting club that fosters a sense of inclusivity while promoting good sportsmanship and continuous development within the club.
Hayden holds a Bachelor of Telecommunications Engineering degree from RMIT University where he earned First Class Honors.
