Laura Johnson is a dynamic technology leader who brings a wealth of experience to her role as Vice President of Corporate IT at CSG. With a career spanning over two decades in IT leadership across the healthcare, food and beverages, and software development industries, Laura has consistently driven innovation and operational excellence within complex corporate environments.
In her current role, Laura and her team partner with CSG’s business leaders using an “art of the possible” approach to deliver innovative solutions that solve their toughest problems. From laptops and collaboration tools to back-office applications to data delivery and visualization, their mission is to make CSG easier to do business with by making CSG’s business easier to do. With the recent addition of the Global Service Desk function to Corporate IT, her responsibilities now include incident management for customers and employees around the world as well as protecting the integrity of CSG’s products and services via rigorous change management.
Academically, Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Master's degree in Management of Information Systems from Bellevue University.
Outside of professional commitments, Laura is an avid advocate for fostering gender diversity in technology. Serving as a mentor for up-and-coming IT professionals, she is passionate about helping leaders find, define, and develop their leadership styles. She was a founding board member for the Women in IT group at Conagra Brands and the WE LEaD (Women Engaged in Leadership Exploration & Development) employee belonging group at CSG. Laura is also dedicated to the arts, firmly believing in their role and impact in education as well as the corporate world. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Radial Arts Center in Omaha, Nebraska.
