Charles (Chas) Eddingfield serves as Information Technology (IT) Service Manager IV for The Cincinnati Insurance Companies. In his nearly 30 years with the company, Chas has held roles of increased responsibility, beginning with a project controller role and progressing through the IT ranks to his current position. As IT Service Manager IV, Chas leads a talented team of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practitioners while also serving as the ITIL process owner and business/technical owner for the company’s ITSM suite of tools. In addition, he is responsible for the overall development and successful execution of The Cincinnati Insurance Companies’ Service Management process and application objectives and key results, yearly roadmaps as well as developing and managing a multi-million-dollar hardware and software budget. Chas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Business Management and a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management.
