Eric Herman is a seasoned system administrator with over a decade of experience in supporting BMC Helix Discovery and BMC Helix CMDB. He has previously presented at BMC Engage in 2016 on an application modelling approach that enabled a fortune 150 utility company to dynamically model all applications in an efficient and sustainable method. In his current role, Eric splits time between administration of the BMC Helix Discovery platform as well as BMC Helix CMDB. In support of a robust CMDB, Eric has developed multiple BMC Helix Discovery integrations utilizing Data Source, Event Source and Import capabilities. He recently executed a successful transition to BMC Helix Discovery. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and sons, running, and playing golf.
