Kristin Andersen is the Director of IT Support Services for Wegmans Food Markets. In this role Kristin oversees the IT Support Center and IT Service Management. She is responsible for the overall ITSM strategy, while ensuring her teams provide incredible customer service to over 53,000 Wegmans employees.

Kristin has worked in an IT Support Role for over 9 years. Prior to that, she held a variety of leadership roles throughout her 34 years at Wegmans, including store operations, human resources, category management, business to business, supply chain and project management
