Paul Cant has been with BMC since 2008 and has served as Chief Revenue Officer since April of 2023.

Paul’s tenure at BMC includes a number of sales leadership roles in support of the company’s expansion into new markets, the introduction of new products and solutions, and the management of sales operations across multiple teams and regions.

As an instrumental member of the executive leadership team, Paul is accountable for driving BMC’s global revenue growth. He leads the ongoing evolution of the sales organization – including the modernization of how the company goes to market, how it sells products and services, and how BMC deepens its relationships with customers and partners around the world.

Paul brings over 30 years of industry experience managing, building, and growing successful software businesses. Before joining BMC, Paul held various leadership roles across key software industries including automation, data, data center, AI, and IT Ops.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree with honors from the prestigious Newcastle University in England.
