Glen Foster is the Head Of Service Delivery at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, where he has worked for 5 years. Geographically it’s one of the UK’s largest trusts, with around 11,000 employees providing more than 500,000 people living in Northumberland and North Tyneside with a range of health and care services. Glen is an experienced leader, with excellent technical and delivery skills alongside a track record of service improvement and procedural change across the globe. Most recently he has been instrumental in leading the Trust through a substantial digital transformation project, which has resulted in incredible efficiencies of both cost and manpower.
