Matt Soltau is the Channel & Alliances Lead for International Partners at Jitterbit, where he is dedicated to adding value through data integration. Passionate about simplifying complex processes, Matt helps businesses achieve scalable success through strategic partnerships.

At Jitterbit, Matt's core responsibilities include developing and implementing Go-to-Market strategies aimed at international market expansion, leading the strategic planning process for channel alliances, and managing the onboarding process for new partners.

With a background that spans five countries—Germany, Australia, the USA, Ireland, and New Zealand—Matt brings a global perspective to his role. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a major in Project and Program Management from Asia Pacific International College, where he graduated with Distinction.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys travelling, winter sports, and surfing. He lives in Sydney, New South Wales, with his fluffy puppy dog, Keanu.
