Germany's largest health insurance company, Techniker Krankenkasse, has set the goal to become a digital health care partner and the best possible health care insurance company in the digital age. Workload automation plays a central role in achieving these goals. Workflows must be simplified. Old and new tools and applications need to be connected. In this session, we’d like to show you the challenges we’ve faced so far, the solutions we’ve found until now, and what’s on our roadmap.
