Shay has over 22 years of expertise in IT services, operations, and platform management. As the Director of Service Delivery at Amdocs Digital Engineering Services, Shay leads the Center of Excellence (CoE) for BMC services, overseeing the delivery of all BMC solutions and driving presales and go-to-market strategies.
Before assuming his current role, Shay spent 11 years in Amdocs' Quality Engineering unit, where he held leadership roles such as Testing Services Partner and CTO. With deep expertise in IT-Telecommunications and FinTech, Shay has spearheaded projects across OSS, BSS, DW/BI, network intelligence, digital, and media sectors. He is recognized for leading business transformations, ensuring 24x7 support for mission-critical systems worldwide, embedding quality practices within DevOps and Agile environments, and developing innovative solutions and methodologies.
